This is not a “profit and loss” issue.
Japan has strengthened export control of supplies that can be diverted to South Korea because of security.
Until now Japan trusts South Korea and did not keep tabs on　individually supply goods that could be diverted to military use.
Become the Moon administration, the export volume of hydrogen fluoride doubled.
There was no report meeting on materials that could be diverted to military use in Japan and Korea for three years.
This year, when Japan confirmed the usage of 40 tons of hydrogen fluoride, South Korea said returned it.
Japan can no longer trust South Korea.
