After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the US Deep State made money using the Comintern and Chinese communists who moved to the US.
The US Deep State gave US technology to China.
However, China began to steel information beyond US tolerance.
Deep State understood the idea of Chinese communists.
The United States does not allow any more playing it the Chinese own way.
