The usual. South Korea wants Japan to keep dishing out money in the form of war reparations, although all the issues they are bringing up were agreed upon and paid for before.

As the Korean economy continues to sink, their government is having a harder time in appeasing their people, so they need to try all these gimmicks. Japan finally got the balls to say NO and is countering them with a trade embargo.
