Why doesn't North Korea just open up its economy? Kim can stay in power and have a free market economy.

So far, organizations that manipulate the world with money have used communists to control the tension between North and South Korea.
However, there are rumors that the organization has withdrawn from North Korea.
Why?
Is it because North Korea ruled South Korea and tension was gone?
Kim Jong Un can act freely if there is no organization to control North Korea.
If he can't act freely, won't his surroundings let free him?
If his surroundings don't let free him, is North Korea going on the Yangban politics like The Joseon era?
The answer may become clear when you find who controls North Korea.
